Rick Sciberras

Rick joined Boot Camp in March 2008, now 15 kgs lighter Rick is a qualified Gym Instructor. Completing his first half marathon in 99 mins, he is often called the Terminator. Rick has gone on to do a full marathon which was a huge test to his mental strength.
In Ricks words "Exercise is not meant to be easy, if it is you need to push yourself harder. The fun comes with recognising what you are capable of when you push yourself to that next level"

Sharon Corrigan
Sharon has always been into sports (anything and everything) and health.
She was heavily involved in A grade championship basketball, swimming and surf lifesaving. Through her involvement in sports and first aid she picked the field of Anatomy and Physiology and decided to become a PE teacher. Working her way through university as a pool lifeguard, Sharon completed Uni and began working as a P.E Teacher. After 7 years of teaching and coaching everything from archery to volleyball, Sharon left teaching and started a family. She now has 3 boys who are energetic to say the least.
To say Sharon understands the whole eating and exercising dilemma is an understatement. Check out her results under the testimonials.

Terri Flanagan
Terri started fitness training in 2005 because she had about 12kg to loose. After doing 4 years with step into life in Greensborough she made the switch to Glowing Results when she moved to Doreen. A veteran of numerous fun runs she competed in the first ever run 4 the kids event in 2006 and has been hooked ever since. She has since completed 3 half Melbourne marathons, 3x City to Surfs and numerous other fun runs. Terri has since discovered ”time on the bike” and is becoming a keen cyclist. Always enthusiastic and wanting to motivate and push people, I figured she would make a great personal trainer. Whilst maintaining her career in the city, a family of three young children and hubby she completed her certificate III and IV in Fitness.
In Terri’s words “Your performance is only as good as your mind and body on the day and that is a direct result of the intensity and dedication you put into your training. It is an honour to witness the change and growth of the people whom I train. If you want to do something, stop talking about it, suck it up and do it. You won’t regret it!! |
